This is our terms of service, which governs all use of the services (including websites and advertising) provided by Just Business, Inc. d/b/a Onstage Publications (hereinafter referred to as “Onstage Publications”). Please review it carefully. By accessing or using any of our websites or services, you agree to these terms.

1. Overview
The Terms of Service (“Terms”) applies to all access to or use of the Onstage Publications websites, offerings, and services (collectively, "Service”” or “Services”). The Services are described in more detail in Section 3. Onstage Publications provides you with these Services subject to your acceptance, without any modifications, of the Terms, as well as any other operating rules and policies that Onstage Publications publishes on its website, such as our privacy policies (collectively, the “Agreement”). By accessing one of our Services, you represent that you have reached the age of majority for where you live or that you have had a parent or legal guardian consent to be bound by these Terms.

PLEASE REVIEW THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY. BY ACCESSING OR USING ONE OF THE ONSTAGE PUBLICATIONS’ SERVICES, YOU ACCEPT THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT AND IT BECOMES A LEGALLY BINDING COMMITMENT BETWEEN YOU AND ONSTAGE PUBLICATIONS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ANY PORTION OF THE AGREEMENT OR IF YOU DO NOT INTEND TO USE THE SERVICES IN ACCORDANCE WITH THESE TERMS, YOU MAY NOT ACCESS OR USE ANY ONSTAGE PUBLICATIONS SERVICE; YOU SHOULD LEAVE THIS WEBSITE IMMEDIATELY BY CLOSING YOUR INTERNET BROWSER WINDOW.

We may, in our sole discretion, modify the Terms of Service by posting a notice on the Terms of Service page. The “Last Updated” date at the top the Terms of Service indicates when the latest modifications were made to the Terms. By continuing to access and use the Service you agree to any such modifications. Therefore, you are responsible for reviewing and should become familiar with any such modifications. You are encouraged to review this Terms of Service periodically and to check the “Last Updated” date at the top of the Terms of Service for the most recent version. In addition, when using services or features on the Site, you will be subject to any posted guidelines or policies applicable to such services or features that may be posted from time to time, including but not limited to our Privacy Policy, as noted below. All such guidelines or policies are hereby incorporated by reference into this Terms of Service.

2. The Parties
2.1. Definitions. In this agreement, “we,” “us,” “our," "Publisher," or "Company” refers to Onstage Publications. “You,” “your,” "advertiser," and “Customer” refers to you personally, unless you are accessing or using our Services on behalf of an advertiser that does not have an existing contract with Onstage Publications that governs your actions. If the latter is the case, you are accepting the Terms for that advertiser and representing that you have the authority to bind the advertiser to the Terms; as such, “you,” “your,” "advertiser," and “Customer” will refer to the advertiser themself. If the advertiser already has a separate contract with Onstage Publications that covers your access and use of our Services, however, the contract will govern, as opposed to these Terms.

2.2. Affiliates. In this agreement, an affiliate is an entity or person that controls a party, is controlled by a party, or is under common control with a party (such as a subsidiary, parent company, or employee). Each party to this agreement will be responsible for the acts and omissions of their affiliates in connection with this agreement.

3. The Services
When we refer to our Services in the Terms, we refer to any of our advertising services, including our programs, features, websites, advertisment creation, and art production support. In addition to onstagepublications.com and audienceaccess.co, Onstage Publications provides Services through various other websites. The Terms apply equally to any rebranded or white label version of Onstage Publications’ platform services.

3.1. Digital and/or Print Advertising. The Customer represents that he or she is the advertiser or is authorized by the advertiser to contract for advertising. The Customer has read any provided contract for advertising, acknowledges having received a copy of a contract for advertising, and agrees to the terms and conditions as stated herin.

Onstage Publications is the authorized Publisher and/or sales agent of the designated publication, be it a digital publication or printed publication. The advertising content is to be placed in the contracted space is as indicated in the Advertising Agreement. Cancellations or changes must be submitted in writing no later than 60 days prior to the contracted publication date. The Publisher accepts no liability for verbal cancellation. Cancellation of any part of a signed and confirmed Advertising Agreement prior to publication of the agreed number of events will result in a prorated amount based on the number of events in which the ad appeared. The Advertiser or its Agent understands that if ad materials, or completed ad, they have agreed to furnish do not arrive prior to the applicable deadline, then Publisher may insert alternative copy including advertiser’s name, address, and phone number or the same ad as last issue and such placement shall constitute fulfillment by Publisher. Upon approving this ad, the advertiser warrants that he/she is duly authorized to use the advertising copy, cuts or illustrations, trademarks, or trade names in the manner shown.

The advertiser understands and agrees that the location of any advertising cannot be guaranteed unless a premium guaranteed position is purchased and that its Agency and/or designer submitting the completed ad and/or ad elements is responsible for the resolution and quality of images, color match, font reproduction, and errors. The Publisher is not responsible for errors in content submitted by or proofed by the advertiser. All Advertisers and ad placements are subject to approval by Publisher’s staff. Liability of the Publisher for any error or omission is limited to the prorated amount paid for the affected ad. Rate includes one round of proofing corrections for all ads created or modified by Onstage Publications. An additional charge of $35 will be assessed for any further adjustments. The advertiser agrees to pay all third-party costs incurred in collecting this contract if not paid as promised below, including collection agency fees, court costs, and reasonable attorney fees. If contracted by an Advertising Agency on behalf of an Advertiser, the Agency and Advertiser shall be jointly and severally liable for payment due Publisher.
